50ml Warner’s Christmas Cake Gin
50ml espresso
15ml sugar syrup
Coffee beans or grated chocolate, to garnish
Method
- Shake all the ingredients vigorously with lots of ice (use cold espresso). Fine strain into a martini glass and garnish with grated chocolate or coffee beans.
