Ingredients
50ml Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple
25ml lemon
10ml sugar
1 egg white (optional)
75ml soda water
Method
- Add the ingredients (bar the soda water) to a shaker. Shake and strain then pour into a highball glass over cubed ice. Top with soda, an apple fan and a sprig of mint.
