This has all you want from a Christmas drink – a drop of spice, a little citrus, a caffeine boost and warming rum.

2 parts rum
1 part coffee liqueur
1 part cream
1/2 part Teisseire Cinnamon
2 dashes orange bitters
Method
- Shake all the ingredients with ice until well combined. Strain into a coupette glass.
- Garnish with a Christmas biscuit and icing sugar, grated chocolate or coffee beans.
