Ingredients
50ml Liverpool Organic or Liverpool Rose Petal Gin
20ml elderflower liqueur
20ml freshly squeezed lime juice plus lime peel to garnish
5ml sugar syrup
Soda water (optional, add if the drink is too alcoholic)
Method
- Stir or shake all the ingredients (apart from the garnish) with ice in the shaker.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Add lime peel garnish.
- If the cocktail tastes too strong, add a little soda water.
