Ingredients
1/2 small Christmas pudding
100g Macphie Brandy Sauce
2 balls vanilla ice cream
150g Macphie Glen Delight
Method
- Break up the Christmas pudding and place in the bottom of the sundae glass
- Microwave for 20-30 seconds on high power
- Top with ice cream balls, then pour over the brandy sauce
- Finish with whipped Glen Delight
