50ml Jameson IPA
Tonic
1 fresh lemon wedge
Cubed ice
Method
- Pour the whiskey into the glass before filling it with ice
- Top with tonic remembering to leave a 'wash line' approximately one finger's width from the top
- Squeeze the lemon juice into the drink then add the wedge
