Ingredients
50ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
150ml ginger beer
2 dashes Angostura Bitters (optional)
Lime wedge
Mint sprig
Ice
Method

Add all the ingredients to the mug or glass, fill with ice and stir to mix
- Garnish with the lime wedge and mint sprig, and serve
