Ingredients
25ml Monkey 47 sloe gin
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne
Garnish: Cocktail cherry
Method

Mix Monkey 47 sloe gin with lemon juice in a flute and top with Champagne
- Tip: Slowly add the Champagne and give it a very gentle stir at the end to bring all the sloe gin up through the drink
