Ingredients
50ml Tanqueray No. 10 Gin
2 or 3 cardamom pods
100ml tonic water
Ice
Rose petals
Method

Pour the gin into an ice filled goblet. Crush the pods so they just split open
- Top up with the tonic and garnish with fresh or dried rose petals
