Ingredients
1L Macphie Bechamel with Butter sauce
800g cooked chicken, diced
100g carrots, diced
100g frozen peas
100g sweetcorn
100g onions, chopped
50g cooked leeks, diced
Salt & pepper
1kg uncooked puff pastry

Method

Combine the sauce, chicken and vegetables into a bowl

Divide mixture into small, individual ovenproof dishes

Top with the pastry and brush each with the glaze and bake at 220ÂșC for 25 minutes or until golden brown
- Serve with spring vegetables and potatoes
