Ingredients
50ml Berkshire Botanical Rhubarb & Raspberry Gin
20ml lime juice plus lime wedge
10ml gomme
Ginger ale
2 fresh raspberries
Method
- Shake the gin, lime juice and gomme with ice.
- Strain into a hi-ball glass and top with ginger ale.
- Garnish with raspberries and lime wedge.
