Barrel Aged Panky Club (Tanqueray Export, Martini Rosso & Fernet Branca aged for 1 month) 40ml
Tanqueray Export 10ml
Raspberry puree 15ml
Lemon juice 20ml
Gomme sugar syrup 10ml
Egg white 1
Method
- Shake all the ingredients and strain into a coupe glass with toasted barley garnish (which also makes a great bar snack)
